Product Description
Our Weld Metal Powder is a high-quality copper-based alloy formulated to create a strong, permanent metallic bond between two or more conductors or metal surfaces. When ignited, the powder melts and fuses the metals together, forming a smooth, clean, and visually uniform joint with excellent electrical and mechanical properties.
Each plastic cartridge is precisely pre-packed according to the required connection size and weight (in grams) to ensure consistent performance and easy handling. Every cartridge contains approximately 97% high-purity weld metal powder and 3% starting powder positioned at the base for reliable ignition and uniform reaction.

2) The Welding Powder
- Supplied in clean, moisture-free plastic cartridges with secure fitting caps.
- Each package contains a complete set of welding powder cartridges and aluminum discs.
- Sealed packaging ensures protection against humidity and prevents any product deterioration.
3) Application
Static Weld welding powder is suitable for metal connection, such as :
- copper to copper, copper to steel, copper to cast iron, copper to rail.
- copper to steel for cathodic protection.

5) Starting Powder
- For models SW 45 to SW 200, the Starting Powder is conveniently located at the bottom of the welding powder tube inside the packing.
- For model SW 250, the Starting Powder is packed separately in a small plastic bag for ease of use.
